The estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe for a pre-order will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

Pre-order delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by production schedules, suppliers, customs, couriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Your pre-order is considered secured once any required payment has been received and confirmed.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide shipping to supported destinations. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times depend on the destination.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Shipping fee: AED 50
• Estimated delivery: Within 24 hours

International Orders

• Shipping fee: £35.00
• Estimated delivery: 5–7 days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances including:

MR. LABEL does not generally accept voluntary returns or returns due to a change of mind.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, misdescribed, or otherwise legally eligible orders.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate.

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded funds appear in your account.

For pre-order products, MR. LABEL may allow customers to place orders before stock becomes physically available for immediate dispatch.
